Name – Latavia Steward Position – Resident Aide Fun fact about Fire Starter – Likes to make people laugh and clown around. How he/she got into senior living – First time working in senior living, took job due to need for work. Favorite part about working with seniors – I love them like there are my grandparents. Favorite part about Sodalis family – The employees I work with. Hobbies/Interests outside work – Volleyball – sand, court any kind!!!

Name – Brittany Rodriguez Position – Medication Technician / Resident Care Aide Fun fact about Fire Starter – Weirdly obsessed with tacos. Can be any kind! How he/she got into senior living – Honestly never thought about it until she did it and it was one of the best decisions ever made. Favorite part about working with seniors – Being able to provide a family-like feeling for them by showing compassion, care and just a listening ear. Favorite part about Sodalis family – The compassion, the love and the entire community all around is an awesome vibe, it’s like my second home! Hobbies/Interests outside work – Anything that puts a smile on my kids faces.

Favorite part about working with seniors – Seeing residents and families smile when their apartments are clean and smelling good. Favorite part about Sodalis family – Sonia loves that Sodalis cares about their employees and give back to them to show their apprecation.
