Sodalis Tampa

The amount of time and care this staff puts into their residents and families is truly refreshing. They are patient and kind, the management actually cares, and you can even see how happy the other residents are to be there. We have loved it and are so grateful after looking and trying so many places.

I have nothing bad to say about this place, after countless efforts of my family and I trying to find my great grandpappy a forever home he can spend his last days, we found Sodalis. I knew from my first visit that this was the place I wanted him to go. He ended up passing away early in 2023. I wish I could have helped him move in here because the cafeteria was the best place I have ever been on this earth, I mean the OJ alone I had for breakfast I still am convinced they picked and hand squeezed themselves. Not only that but it wasn’t any BS microwaveable food we were having restaurant quality food for every meal, I mean they even had ice cream and I dare to say it was the best ice cream I have ever had. One morning we had eggs and my great grandpappy ate 2 plates! (A miracle to get him to eat two bites let alone two plates.) If there’s any way to go back to this place just to eat, I’d do it and it’s about 5 hours away round trip. I mean seriously if I could have my great grandpappy back or their recipe book I’d say it’s a head scratcher of a decision. I’d just like to thank this incredible facility for their hard work and persistence to make a damn good dining hall. When dads old enough I told him we’re going here right away and when that day comes I will finally be reunited with my own personal heaven on earth.

I would love to thank all the staff and care providers in the Memory Care. Five months ago I needed a happy place for a dear friend. I had already checked on 4 other local providers and just was not happy with the staff, the facility, and location. Finally, I contacted Sodalis on Bearss in Tampa. I went for the initial visit and signed my dear friend up that day. I found the staff to be kind, attentive, and aware of all my needs. I found the facility clean, with a large room that would make it easy for me to set up her room so that it was familiar. I have not regretted the placement. She has progressed in the disease of Alzheimer’s since her arrival, but now I feel she is safe in a secure location with the loving arms of caretaker’s surrounding her.

Diversity in Frontline staff, management team and the residents that live there. Love the diversity of culture and languages. Makes my dad feel like home. The food is outstanding! The staff love what they do. It’s a beautiful community. We loved that it’s one floor and it is always clean! Residents are well taken care of. A beautiful, well run and overall incredible community.
