How he/she got into senior living – During the pandemic, an opportunity was presented to Terricka and in a world full of closure, this presented her with the opportunity to be an essential employee and provide a job instead of collecting unemployment. Terricka began in maintenance however, due to her auto immune diseases, she has not been able to continue down that path but loves senior living so much, she will work in any department to have access to such amazing residents.
Favorite part about working with seniors – Playing a vital role in their joy and happiness
Favorite part about Sodalis family – The employees and the fun we have. Also, how we have open arms.
Hobbies/Interests outside work – Molly loves the gym and working out. As well, hanging out with family and friends.
