Sodalis Senior Living was pleased to see it’s newest team members, Mike McClain and Karen Arway, featured in McKnight’s Senior Living.

Mike McClain has been appointed chief financial officer, and Karen Arway has been appointed vice president of operations, at Sodalis Senior Living.

McClain comes from an investment and consulting company, focused on small to mid-market businesses offering executive management, accounting and financial solutions. He attended Texas A&M University, where he graduated with a BBA in accounting in 1993. He is a certified public accountant in Texas and Oklahoma.

Arway has worked in the senior living industry for more than 25 years for companies such as Emeritus Senior Living, Senior Lifestyle Corpo. and Holiday Retirement. After graduating from nursing school in the 1990s, she began her career as a floor nurse at an assisted living community.”
