How he/she got into senior living – Andrea got into senior living after taking care of her parents when they needed care.
Favorite part about working with seniors – Andrea loves getting to know the residents and their loved ones, hearing their life stories and experiences. Understanding who they are and what they need helps her have a broader perspective on life.
Favorite part about Sodalis family – Her favourite part about being a valuable part of Sodalis, she says, is that we are a team.
Hobbies/Interests outside work – Going shopping at thrift stores.
