Ciera always tries to stay positive and encourages all staff to do the same. She is dependable and always willing to assist in any department. Since I have been with the company, I have watched her speak up at every staff meeting encouraging others to work as a team and stay positive even when they are having a bad day. I feel she truly embodies the heart of what we do.
