Lucy has consistently demonstrated a passion for improving the quality of life for seniors and driving operational success. As a Regional Director of Operations, Lucy has played an instrumental role in overseeing acquisitions, new developments and strategic initiatives for senior living communities. Lucy believes that building meaningful relationships with staff, residents and families is key to the success of our industry. On a personal note- Lucy has been married for 32 years has two adult children and one grandbaby. Lucy loves to travel, boat on the lake and have Sunday dinners with her family.
