Sodalis Senior Living has created the Bridges Community in order to give our residents the freedom of Assisted Living with the added reminders and support that is received when in a Memory Care setting. This program is designed specifically for seniors in the early stages of dementia, or for couples where one individual has cognitive decline, while the other individual is still very independent. It supports couples staying together, and at the same time offers to meet the needs of each individual. This community provides the perfect blend of added support and security, while each resident maintains their independence.

Sodalis Senior Living, a leading provider of senior living services, is pleased to announce the addition of Lucy Tamayo as our new Regional Director of Operations serving our northern Texas communities. With over 20 years’ experience in senior living, Lucy Tamayo has developed a comprehensive expertise across multiple facets of the industry. From hands on caregiving to leaderships roles in sales, operations, and regional management. Lucy has consistently demonstrated a passion for improving the quality of life for seniors and driving operational success. As a Regional Director of Operations, Lucy has played an instrumental role in overseeing acquisitions, new developments and strategic initiatives for senior living communities. Lucy believes that building meaningful relationships with staff, residents and families is key to the success of our industry. On a personal note- Lucy has been married for 32 years has two adult children and one grandbaby. Lucy loves to travel, boat on the lake and have Sunday dinners with her family.
