Sodalis Senior Living plans to launch their exceptional care and dedicated service throughout Texas in 2017, with three community developments under way and land negotiations in progress. In early 2017, Sodalis plans to open Sodalis at Stone Oak, a 42-bed assisted living and 21-bed memory care community. This will be Sodalis’ premiere community to date, with interior water features, pleasing and spacious common spaces, a wine bar, and a Green Certified kitchen with the ability to create delicious, custom-made meals. Executive Director Cindy Kristek and Sales Director Pauline Polcano are currently giving tours and reserving apartments for northern San Antonio’s senior adults. “This community is going to set the standards for assisted living and memory care in northern San Antonio. We are thrilled to see our leaderships’ vision come to fruition,” states Kristek.
Sodalis at Buda Memory Care will be expanding this year to include 48 assisted living apartments, called Sodalis at Summit Oaks. This community will stand out in the heart of Buda, Texas with a movie theater, prayer room, spa-like salon, and wine bar, with an intimate design and distinct neighborhoods. Michelle Rainer, Sodalis VP of Sales and Marketing, describes the new assisted living community as “a beautiful, homelike addition to our thriving memory care community next door.”
Later in 2017, Sodalis plans to open Tribute Senior Living, an advanced memory care and assisted living community in Prosper, Texas, which will house 100 residents. Architect and developer Charles Hodges plans for this new community to be the most thoughtfully constructed memory care community in the United States by “creating a home that encourages physical activity and interaction in a soothing, stimulating environment”. By partnering with Alzheimer’s research Dr. Paula Grammas, and investor Rex Paine who’s mother suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease, the leadership of Tribute Senior Living has considered every detail, from layout to dining options to lighting and sensory gardens.
Sodalis Senior Living has 90 bed Assisted Living and Memory Care projects under way in other locations in Texas, bringing innovative, intimate and caring senior living environments to many thriving areas. “We are committed to creating compassionate, intimate and state-of-the-art assisted living and memory care communities, and are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring our intention to new communities,” states Shawn Corzine, CEO.
